Terms of Service

1. Using PrizePulse

PrizePulse publishes online competitions with competition-specific entry prices, timing, prize information, and rules. By creating an account, browsing the site, or entering a competition, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or enter a paid competition.
• You must only enter from jurisdictions that PrizePulse currently permits for paid entry.
• You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.
• We may require age, identity, or eligibility checks before or after a purchase where needed to operate the service.

3. Competition Entry

• Each competition page shows the current entry price per life, timing, prize information, and any configured mini-prize details.
• Paid entry currently requires a correct answer to the competition skill question shown for that competition.
• Your entry is not accepted unless the skill question is answered correctly and payment is successfully processed.
• Buying more lives increases the number of lives you hold in that competition.

4. Competition Format and Prize Mechanics

• Once accepted, lives take part in that competition's elimination format until a final winning life remains or the competition is otherwise ended under its rules.
• Prize information shown publicly may represent a minimum prize, a current live total, or the final winner amount depending on the competition state.
• Some competitions may include mini-prizes if those are configured on the competition page.
• Completed outcomes are published on PrizePulse winner and history surfaces using current platform data.

5. Payments, Cancellations and Refunds

Paid entries are generally final once accepted. If a competition is cancelled, payment fails, or a refund is otherwise required, PrizePulse will process that outcome according to the current competition state and applicable obligations.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to engage in any fraudulent activity, including but not limited to:

• Creating multiple accounts
• Using automated systems to participate
• Attempting to manipulate competition entry, payment, or outcome data
• Violating any laws or regulations

7. Account Suspension or Termination

PrizePulse may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms, fail eligibility checks, or show suspicious activity. We may also limit access while reviewing account or transaction issues.

8. Availability, Liability and Changes

We work to keep PrizePulse available and current, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or continuous competition availability. We may update these terms from time to time, and continued use of the service after an update means the revised terms apply.
